Even out the highs and lows;the reward of stability are great. Culitvate self -discipline but never lose your spontaneity. Build a calm center which bolster your confidence and remains at the heart of your being. Concentrate more on living in the moment, free of past problems and future expectation. Pace yourself for the long haul.

Do not try to be the savior for everyone's problems. Pay suifficent attention to your own(without obessing). Learn to let things go; avoid carrying around excess baggage. Give your critical and judgmental powers a rest from time to time.
